Enjoy a comfy full/double bed up in the loft (notice the ladder up), a peekaboo view through the forest canopy to Puget Sound, relax in the outdoor clawfoot tub or beside the wood stove (wood provided), rest in a hammock during summer, and watch the chickens and ducks peck about. Walk 3.min. across the field to access 1000 ft of private, southern exposure Puget Sound beach. Leashed pets are welcome w/a $45 pet fee.

Groovy Lagoon | A-frame, hot tub, beach, & kayaks

Escape to a lovingly reimagined modern A-frame home on the Burley Lagoon beachfront. Hot tub in a wooded sanctuary or wander down to your private beach and enjoy the clear waters filled with marine life. Kayak along the protected waters of the lagoon or adventure to Henderson Bay. The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and other birds diving for fish nearby.

The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!).
