The bed is a double futon. The room is best for children.

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.

There is plenty to do nearby: discover the Wakefield village, its restaurants, boutiques, farms, the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, Eco-Odyssee, the nearby golf courses and ski hills, etc. (CITQ Permit #298430. Step inside Juniper Cabin at North Frontenac Lodge - find yourself in a bright, cozy space with the lake only a few steps away. A one-bedroom with queen bed, one-bathroom, a loft with two single beds and a queen bed, a living room and fully equipped kitchen create a relaxing space. Juniper is a year-round pine cabin a private deck with a propane BBQ, a firepit to stay warm on those nights watching starry skies.
