Was Jahrhunderte überdauert hat, wurde nun mit Liebe im Detail originalgetreu renoviert und als Kulturdenkmal unter Schutz gestellt. This is our family's vacation house that we, after a break of almost 5 years, in some periods of the year gladly offer for others to enjoy again. It is perfect for those who look for a ''home away from home'' an independent accommodation that is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in the wonderful village of Fendels (1400 m above sea level) which has a skiing and sleighing paradise in the winter and an excellent walking destination in the summer and autumn!

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes away from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used.
