Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. One of Tryon's historic homes built in the early 1900's by a local builder and craftsman. Within pleasant walking distance to Tryon's downtown restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, and festivals. Walk to Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Bottle, and Tryon Theatre. Enjoy a relaxing time on the porch or use as a base for exploring Western North Carolina. Close to downtown but on a quiet street and overlooks a two-acre mostly wooded tract.

This equestrian themed home comfortably sleeps 7 in total. The home and its’ huge back porch offer beautiful views of our 50 acre farm with a peaceful scene of pasture and rolling hills. The house includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom with 3 twins & desk, a full kitchen, 2 beautifully renovated (in 2024) bathrooms and a large back porch with areas for relaxing and a gas grill.
