Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. Please let us know if your pet will be coming with you

Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly. And no cleaning or chores required of guests, just your pleasant stay!
