Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting. We are not far off of the highway that gives us that secluded place without having to go far off of the pavement. The Barn is an actual barn that we renovated to function as a ministry center and to be a "home away from home for those who are traveling through".
