'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Centrally located a 10-15 min drive or 25-40 min walk from QA, Ballard, Interbay, SLU, downtown, Fremont and Magnolia. In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. Unit is located on the 1st floor.

Top Floor Apartment; Charming and Private

Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.
