Located near Gianicolo hill, just 20-minute walk to St. Peter’s, and close to bus line 44 with direct connections to Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a selection of breakfast essentials included (juice, milk, cookies, Italian & American coffee). See St. Peter's Basilica from a Terrace in Central Rome

In the center of Rome a private penthouse open louvered window coverings in a living room to maximize light and reveal wraparound views of Central Rome and St peter's basilica. A period fireplace, terra cotta tiles create a traditional feel. Private terrace fully furnished. Two double bed rooms. Ten minutes walk from St Peter's square and Vatican Museums. Overlooking Rome and St Peter's. 2 minutes walk to public transportation, bus & metro will take you easily to all the main historical sites.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The "Upside Down Coliseum" is a 90-square meter apartment that was once a family-owned studio and that has been newly renovated to become a holiday home. It offers you the perfect getaway in the Eternal City. On the third floor of a 130-year-old building (with a lift) and only a few steps away from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum , you will live in a charming, period apartment equipped with all modern comforts you need for an ideal and relaxed stay.

L'Incanto di Civita si trova all'interno dell'antico borgo di Civita di Bagnoregio. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio. After leaving the car at the parking lot you will need to walk along the bridge, the only way to access our "tufo pearl".

Casa Bernardo Roma

Casa Bernardo is located in one of the oldest buildings in the center of Rome, and it has just been renovated, thus combining its original ancient appearance with a modern comfort concept. Inside, there are 2 beautiful rooms with a view of Via Mario de Fiori and their respective private bathrooms. Additionally, there is a common area available equipped with a minibar, microwave, and coffee station.
