The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. The highlight of this place is its location by the Gore creek. Nature and wild life brings beauty to your experience It is very peaceful here and as secluded as you want it to be, yet conveniently located near to everything you might need. To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)

My studio / one bedroom in Breckenridge is a 415-square foot 3rd floor condo that sleeps up to four. Enjoy the ski in, ski out location at the base of Peak 8. All the great restaurants and shopping on Main Street are a 10 min walk away. Our place is professionally cleaned by a company that follows all the Covid-19 cleaning recommendations by Airbnb. Due to a severe allergy of a resident of the complex, pets are not possible. If you have service animal, please inform me at the time of booking.
