Charming 1950s cottage plus separate studio. Cozy and rustic with quiet, private wooded yard. Only 1/4 mile to Lecount Hollow Beach, a beautiful ocean beach with 80 ft. sand dunes and gorgeous sunrises! Within walking distance of PBs, a popular french bakery and bar, a small plaza with liquor store, burger place, P.O., bike rentals, and Beachcomber Shop. Bike trail access is right down the street. Studio- No indoor shower (only outdoor) or heat and only available May through September.

Wellfleet Woods Escape

Open kitchen + living + dining, w/ a wooden pitched ceiling and two sliders overlooking the deck, backyard +marsh. Functional kitchen with Farm sink, DW, cooking and pantry essentials. Two comfortable bedrooms with window AC's, new mattresses, and blackout curtains. Bathroom w/ tub/shower + plenty of towels for beach or house use. Outdoor shower is great in warmer months! Enjoy this quiet, tucked away Wellfleet spot with lots of walking trails and beautiful sunset views just down the road.

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

18+ Lovely waterfront tranquil getaway. All nearby houses hidden! This gem of a spot has been curated to soothe the soul! The cottage is sitting on Bakers Pond with an unobstructed view surrounded by conservation land *The driveway abuts a road* Wildlife can be observed. Swim or fish in this very clean kettle pond! The edges of the pond require water shoes for comfort as this is a natural body of water with no man-made beach/interference of nature. Kayaks, and life jackets available

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. Our road leads to a private path (for residents and guests) directly to LeCount Hollow Beach (minutes away).
