Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Explore all the activities the Hudson Valley has to offer and then relax in a room full of windows overlooking the Hudson River. Make a meal in the full kitchen or hang out by the beach, build a fire, play lawn games, read a book or float in the river. For you early risers, the sunrises are spectacular. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.

This newly renovated bright sunny apartment is minutes from Bosquet ski area & also close to downtown. It has a large kitchen and pantry. Beautiful oak dining room table. Comfy living room set, with a 43 inch Roku TV. Electric fireplace. Queen size beds in both bedrooms. Large walk-in closet in. Large bathroom with tub and shower. 28 minutes from Jiminy peak. Close to downtown restaurants and theaters. Ac units are installed from June through September.

The eat-in kitchen has a table for two, stainless appliances, and an array of cooking essentials. The living room features a comfortable sectional and a flat screen TV for relaxing. Wi-Fi is available throughout the space. Central heat and air to provide a comfortable environment in any season. All linens and towels are provided.

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.
