The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. The Brick Loft is where history meets charm. Constructed in 1890 it served as a bank from 1893 and later became the infamous Eleanors Corner Saloon. Located centrally between the LC Valley and Pullman/Moscow along the scenic Palouse Highway it's a great location for Cougars or Vandals events, photographing the surrounding Palouse, or enjoying recreation on the Snake and Clearwater rivers. Confluence point where the two rivers meet, walking and bike riding trails all along the river offer beautiful views. Also close to St. Joes hospital. Pet welcome with a $40.00 extra pet cleaning fee.
