Second story one bedroom studio above small hair salon. Unique building conveniently located near historic downtown, major highways, restaurants and distilleries. Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. A window A/C unit (added 8/25) helps keep the 2nd story space cool during summer months. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Farmhouse Suite

What a perfect getaway for short stays. “Farmhouse suite” is located as an add-on to our farmhouse. There is a private entry door along with an outdoor sitting area. Perfect for weekend stays just a little under 3 miles from downtown Danville and Centre College. In addition This lodging is part of our beautiful B&B style farmstay. Optional breakfasts are an additional charge and should be arranged at least five days in advance with me.

It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, complete kitchen/dining area, and best of all, a large, secluded, covered deck. Our guest suite is located in the daylight basement of our family home and can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are a 20-minute drive from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland. Only 15 minutes from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill.
