Plenty of Space! Wonderful quiet home with a heated pool in a gated community on the outskirts of town. Located 20-25 min from Perdido Key and Pensacola beaches. The home is excellent for large groups or gatherings. The master bedroom is on one side of the house with all other bedrooms on the opposite side. I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
