Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Mountain View Retreat

This clean, quiet, ground-level apartment enjoys an out-of-town feel and expansive mountain views while being conveniently located to the town of Middlebury, Middlebury College, the Green Mountain National Forest, the Middlebury College Snow Bowl and the Rikert Nordic Center, and more. This 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment features an open living concept and a fully equipped kitchen and is just 1.5 miles from restaurants and grocery stores and 2 miles from the college.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Richmond Retreat

Enjoy village living in Richmond, one of Vermont’s greatest recreation hubs. Only 20 mins from Burlington, and 35 from the major ski resorts. This is true village living where everything is in walking distance (market, coffee shop, restaurants, park, river.) This apartment is located on the second floor, you must be able to walk up and down 1 flight of stairs.
