We want to share with you a piece of Lincolnshires best kept secret. With it’s stunning skies, beautiful riverside walks, and the charming village of Woodhall Spa a 5 minute drive away, our barn offers you a peaceful haven away from the stresses of everyday life. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

Private self-catering studio space - no separate bedroom. Outside main house with own drive for parking via adjoining street. Close to centre of village with excellent road/rail connections to other parts of UK. For one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. There is an inexpensive golf course in the village. Local pub is short walk away.
