Bothag Bhuirgh Family pod

The family pod has a small double bed and two single beds. There is a kettle in the room as well as tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, milk portions. The family pod has private use of the pod next door, which has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin. All toiletries, linen and towels provided. It is most suitable for a couple with 2 children, or 3 adults. It would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. The guests can have shared use of the barn with campers and it has all amenities required for cooking.

Stornoway View Apartment

Stornoway View Apartment is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment, located in central Stornoway. It looks over the town centre, but is in a quiet area of the town right beside the harbour. Local amenities are within walking distance of the apartment: Co-op, coffee shops, Harris Tweed shop, bars, restaurants, butchers and fish mongers. It is a cosy, well equipped apartment with everything you need for your stay. An ideal accommodation for a couple looking to explore the Western Isles.

Also near is a sport centre with swimming pool, 2 lane bowling alley and soft play. Nearby there are restaurants/cafes, hotel, mini supermarket and craft shops.

The location of pod is at the back of our house with a view over our croft and is near the Teampall Mholuaidh. Ocean View Glamping Pod

Our cosy garden glamping pod is situated on the westside of Lewis in a village area called High Borve. This area is very quiet, ideal for people looking to chill out and relax. The pod is located in our garden area at the front of our family home. Parking for the pod is at the rear of the pod. It's a lovely little pod to relax in after a day of sightseeing around the island. If you are looking for somewhere basic to rest your head for a couple of nights, then this is ideal for you.

Fisherman's Cottage

Welcome to fisherman's cottage: a calm space great for families or couples. A former cow byre built in 1850, the cottage is tucked down a lane out of the worst of the winter storms. So whilst the cottage doesn’t have sea views, it overlooks our little woodland nature garden. Just five minutes from Stornaway ferry terminal and bus station, and under ten minutes by car from the airport, this cosy cottage is a great base from which to explore the Isles of Lewis and Harris.

Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. If you’re looking for a longer stay then I'm sure you will enjoy coming back each day to a cosy, yet surprisingly spacious, quiet and comfortable pod 😊
