Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ & patio area w/ a poolside cabana equipped w/ a dining area. WiFi is also available at the property.

Our Resort is a wonderful one: It has partly covered swimming pools ( for adult and kiddie), which you can use anytime of the day. Water comes from natural hot spring from underneath, which is very good for the skin. I would think it has healing effect on the whole body, as well. What I also enjoy very much is the mountain view and fresh air especially when I am in the balcony. We are about 10 mins outside UP Los Banos Enjoy fresh bangus, tilapia and fruits in season like rambutan/lanzones

We only accept one booking at time so you will have exclusive use of the 3,500 square meter property to enjoy the pool with jacuzzi (not heated), the vast greens and landscaping, the events tent with professional videoke equipment and the basketball court. If you need to check on work, we have a dedicated work place supported by our very reliable Starlink Internet Satellite. Casa Prima is normally 5°C lower than Metro Manila so the ambient temperature is ideal.
