The apartment is located in a quiet subdivision and is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and air conditioning. Distance from the beach is 600 meters or 7 minutes walk.

There’s a mini grocery store and mini market with fresh seafood and vegetables daily just a few meters away. There are also restos and playground nearby for kids. Everything is just like 5-10 minutes walk from our place. Our place is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Suitable for WFH wanderers.
