From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

The Crofter's House, Isle of Skye

The Crofter's House is a traditional Scottish croft house that has been renovated to create a calm and peaceful retreat in the wild landscape of the Isle of Skye. Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. The house has been featured in a number of publications including Elle Decoration, Conde Nast Traveller, Time Out, and Homes & Interiors Scotland. NB: the five-mile road to Camustianavaig is a single track (tarmac) road.

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Located right on Plockton's main street, you could not be closer to the restaurants, activities and to the bay! Open-plan living space with gas wood burner, TV, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Three comfy bedrooms sleeping six people ; two modern bathrooms.

A cosy timber forestry house. Bedroom areas are light and fresh with a separate dining/sitting room where you can relax with a book or a dvd. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and also an additional enclosed /sheltered area which can be used for relaxing and dining too. Achmore village is 7 miles from Eilean Donan Castle and Plockton, and 15 miles from the Isle of Skye. Be aware there are no shops in Achmore village and the nearest shops are in Bamacara and kyle of Lochalsh,

The Bay -1 bedroom apartment

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linen bedding, the ensuite has a generous sized walk in rainfall shower..

Captain's Croft

Small original croft house in the heart of the Highland village of Plockton. There are coral beaches and dramatic views from the many forest and hill walks. Perfect base for people wanting to explore the Isle of Skye, Applecross and the surrounding area. The croft comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and wet-room all with underfloor heating. Restaurants and local pubs within easy walking distant. The accommodation has its own driveway. Pets welcome. Basic groceries supplied.

Situated at one end of the village within walking distance of pub, restaurants and shop. Perfect spot for watching sea eagles, otters, seals and sunsets. Magical and inspiring!

Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind. High end, bespoke creations and craftsmanship completed by professional artisans using local materials and artwork, some of which are over 250 years old, make Lusa Bothy a quirky mix of the old, the new, and the upcycled, wrapped in traditional, Highland warmth.

Kilravock cottage

Lovely detached bungalow in the quiet village of Gedintailor with beautiful sea views towards the Isle of Raasay. The cottage is newly renovated with a cosy, modern feel and with a stove in the living room. The garden has a private seating area with firepit/BBQ at the front and a decked seating area at the back. Only a 1 minute walk to the shore, 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute drive to Portree.
