Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! The location of The Cottage, sitting at the head of the loch in a secluded garden area within Lochgoilhead village, makes this a truly special setting. Relax and take in the mountain and loch views, they will keep you coming back for more. Steps away from The Goil Inn as well as a short walk on the path round the head of the loch to reach the dining, entertainment and leisure facilities at the Drimsynie Estate.
