Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Main bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs has hangout area perfect for kids and game nights! One bedroom downstairs with king size bed and half bath with laundry. Cabin heated by wood stove.

Riverside Retreat

Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront 1 bedroom daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Enjoy views of the Thompson River from this updated quirky, eclectic old “paycheque” style cottage with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, full kitchen and living area with a single size daybed for a third sleeping area. There is a private, fenced garden with 2-covered patios for sky, garden, and train watching.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
