Holiday home Pratolugo

Big Chalet immersed in the greenery in the top of the mountains of the Brembana Valley. Rooms are big, practice and very welcoming, turn on the fireplace and fell like home. The Chalet is in a strategic position because is near to the City of Bergamo (Orio al Serio Airport), and is near also to the Orobie Prealps, the biggest mountains in the valley. This place is perfect for spend some relaxing days or for using it as a HQ for the many possible excursions and activites of the Brembana Valley

loft dell'artista. Originale e riservato

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

La Casetta.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. La struttura é dotata di divano letto da una piazza e mezza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, TV satellitare e aria condizionata.

Atelier di Piero Gauli,pittore del '900 italiano. Quadri,libri e collezioni in un ex fienile ristrutturato negli anni 90 con elementi di design dell'epoca. Un bel giardino con una splendida vista sul lago di Lugano(raggiungibile anche a piedi in 40min),sulla chiesetta Romanica di San Pancrazio e sulla Valle d' Intelvi,luogo ideale per escursioni panoramiche in una natura incontaminata a pochi km da Milano,Como e Lugano. Una casa ricca di storia e cultura in un paesino caratteristico

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Un fienile del ‘500 rinato nel 2012: un angolo di paradiso tra i vigneti della Valpolicella per un soggiorno indimenticabile. A 450 metri d’altitudine, la dimora vanta un microclima ideale, fresco e rigenerante, lontano dall’afa estiva. In posizione d'élite, sarete a soli 10 minuti da Verona e a breve distanza dal Lago di Garda, Venezia e Milano.
