Located on a quiet 1.5-acre property in Wilton, CT, within walking distance of ASML and close to Norwalk Corporate Park, downtown Wilton, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, parks, and the Norwalk train station. The owners live in a separate part of the house. Guests have their private access and space. Please note: cats live on the property but do not enter the guest suite.

Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

Fully functioning WiFI for guests looking to extend their stay, while working from home. Fishermen's beach is a 5 minute walk Causeway beach is a 10 minute walk with parking. Point beach, 1.5 mile walk, a Southold Parking Permit required. You will find 20 wineries within 5 miles, just a short Uber ride away.

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

Rustic two-story Townhouse Apartment connected to Historic New England home located in downtown New Haven. Although the unit is connected to the main house it has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is connected to the main house through a staircase to the basement and a French door. Please note: We have a family cat named Jazz who likes to roam the whole house.
