New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has everything to make your stay a memorable one. Nearly every room has an expansive view of Saucepan Creek. Looking to the left, you can even see the Intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat and tie off to the floating dock (boat launch is a short 4 minute drive). Crabbing & fishing galore off the dock! Don't forget your binoculars to observe different the waterfowl that live in the marshes beyond.
