Entire 2nd floor (steps) 500+400 sq ft deck 2BR 1 BA 3 deck cottage 5 km/3 mi from downtown. 4 guests (5 is tight) with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single & a daybed. I have 2 Labradors so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - just ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
