Casita Sandin is a solar-powered, beachside casita set on 3 acres with 165' of beachfront located at La Pastora beach. It's perfect for walking, relaxing or surfing. There's a spacious living room with a built-in couch, a dining area & fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with travertine counters & floors. Relax or dine on the palapa covered porch. La Pastora surf break is in front of our beach shade. We can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 2.

Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. (unless the previous renter broke or lost it). Playa los Cerritos is a familiar beach and one of the best spots for surf beginners as well as the experienced.
