Casa Martinez is a modern house with stunning ocean and mountain views, perfect for a retreat from city life. Located just 15 minutes from San Jose del Cabo in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. A car is recommended, as ride shares are limited in the area. Please note that the neighborhood is undergoing growth and construction, which may cause noise. In light of this, we're offering a discounted rate to our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Casa Sea Esta 23A is just a few blocks walk to a private beach perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling (approximately 8 minutes) and 4 miles to downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Located inside of a gated community, you are able to get away from the commotion of downtown Cabo during the day and with a short walk (or taxi) to experience everything Cabo San Lucas has to offer. Terrasol is a diamond in the rough as you are one of the closest resorts to the action without all of the commotion.
