Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Beautiful rural house located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers, to escape with family, with friends or family. You also have access to the shared pool that is situated about 150 meters from the house. Supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are close of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

En lo practivo es una cueva transformada en apartamento de 45m2, con todo. Mucha luz, vegetación autóctona y con acceso directo a una montaña con espacios de descanso en el monte, con increibles vistas y varios senderos que puedes recorrer. Pero en esencia es un refugio, en contacto directo con lo que te aterriza. La piedra y la vegetacion. Un espacio con esencia, con historia y hasta con un pequeño altar para lo que para ti sea sagrado .Bienvenidos

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

It´s a quiet urbanization, without noise and close to all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations ...) It is an open floor fully equipped with: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room, laundry room and terrace with pool. The entire place provides wireless internet and a parking in front of the house on the road.
