Tranquil Suite in the Heart of Los Feliz Near Griffith Park

Pour a cup of Espresso and enjoy it out on the peaceful private patio, accompanied by the gentle scent of lemons wafting from the tree. The walls of this restorative and light-filled home are adorned with pottery and pieces from local artists. The suite is situated at the end of our gated and electric driveway behind the main house. While we want you to enjoy your stay and feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). We will give you a unique code for both the driveway gate as well as the guesthouse itself. The code is reset with every guest. We are available for questions and help before and during your stay. Stroll less than a mile to come to Griffith Park, with dozens of restaurants and coffee shops, plus several movie theaters, also within walking distance in Los Feliz village. Catch big-name artists in the Greek Theatre a mile and a half away. We are walking distance to most things including the Red Line Subway Station at Vermont and Sunset. The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso Machine (we will provide 2 pods per day for the length of your stay), tea kettle + assorted teas, olive oil, salt, pepper, dish soap, fresh kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soaps. My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. I rent out the guest suite in the back half of my house which has a private entrance & furnished outdoor space. I’ve been on Airbnb for 10+ years with over 100 five star reviews. I love doing this.

Welcome to our charming studio, cradled in the unique community of Atwater Village. The interior is modern with flowing natural light. There is a queen-sized bed and pullout sofa bed to give comfort to 4 people. There is a kitchenette equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster but no stove. There is a Heat/Cool Window Air Conditioner. The studio is on top of a garage, expect to feel the garage door opening in the morning and evening. There is stairs leading to the studio.

Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

Named after our beloved Faffy of Galveston, Texas who’s adventurous spirit and love of a good time in a warm house inspired us to open this hillside gem to like minded travelers and bon vivants. At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb.
