With an in-ground swimming pool and water slide, basketball court, hot tub with outdoor tv, corn hole, and grill, the outdoor fun is endless. If it’s a little too cold or rainy, stay inside and enjoy the 6 recliners in the movie theatre room, shoot some pool, play air hockey, foosball, ping pong, or enjoy some board games.

Our house is located on the top of a mountain in Harlan county! Perfect family friendly home! Enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises from the couch, kitchen table or the deck! We also have plenty parking for multiple trucks and ATV trailers! Unload at the house and take a scenic route to the off road park! The fun begins as soon as you get here! Need early access? Large rock fireplace sits in the center of the home, perfect for family gatherings. Large Den perfect for entertaining and has a antique poker table that is perfect for any card games you wish to play. There is a screened in back porch complete with porch swing. Sitting area in front with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the mountain views.

Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail. Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.
