The accommodation is located in the historic center, in a very quiet neighborhood. Double bedroom, a single one, and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum of 5 guests.The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and utensils. TV in each bedroom and the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available.A washer/dryer is available.A small outdoor garden and a terrace with a splendid panoramic view are also available. The cottage is near the Ex Campo della Fiera public parking lot.

" Bella Civita" dista dal Borgo di Civita 30 minuti a piedi ,ed è disponibile il servizio navetta è a 300 m .La casa possiede un piccolo giardino, un balcone e un parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte l'ingresso. Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Viene fornita la colazione in modalità self-service così da usufruirne in piena autonomia. Molto luminoso ed accogliente, ha accesso privato ed indipendente su una delle piazzette più tipiche e belle della rupe! In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
