You might see deer, turkey and other wildlife. (Hunting is not allowed.) The house is just a short drive from Amish country, Serpent Mound and other family-friendly activities. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

Located in the beautiful hilltop area of Portsmouth, this cottage is perfect for a quiet stay. Just minutes from both SOMC and KDMC and 5 minutes from the historic downtown Boneyfiddle area, floodwall murals, Shawnee State University and the Ohio river. Equestrian Studio

Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !
