Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

Come experience and enjoy a peaceful stay in the Luxury Barn. It sits on its own property separate from the main house and also has a privacy fence blocking the view from the main house with your own parking pad. It is open concept (studio) with a private bathroom. This luxurious barn is heated with radiant floor heat and is always warm and cozy. We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda and hammocks. A paddock with a run-in is available to use for an additional fee if you are traveling with your own horses. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike/ride the picturesque 50 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands.

We have a “sweet retreat” home on 5 acres, surrounded by woods, creating a secluded haven -yet only 10 minutes from Lapeer. You will have a 1-bedroom suite with a private entrance and fully stocked kitchen. Come and make yourself at home! A long driveway through the woods, takes you into a clearing, where you can experience the great outdoors year-round. It is park-like with lots of wildlife. Enjoy campfires – we supply the wood and fire starters!
