The Farmhouse at Wiley Farms

Check out this unique and tranquil getaway. Wiley Farms is a working horse and cattle farm. During your stay, you can live the farm life and not have to do any of the work! The 109-acre farm is in full view from your back door. Many days you may catch some cowboys practicing rodeo events at the arena. A walking trail will be available soon. There is a very good chance you see deer, rabbits, racoons, ducks flying in to roost, along with the horses and cattle. All this, and only 3 miles from town!

It sits in the middle of a beautiful 9-acre blueberry farm with 2 porches for you to sit and rock while watching the sun rise and set. Step back in time and find rest and relaxation without sacrificing modern conveniences. The Chesteen is named after Chesteen Wildes, the current owner's great grandfather. Built in 1890.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a slower pace in Fitzgerald. Experience the “country life” with free range chickens and ducks roaming the property. Test your fishing skills and maybe you will have a great fish tale to carry home. Share stories and make memories while sitting around the fire pit. This quaint little cabin is only a few miles from historic downtown featuring brick streets, restored theatre, local restaurants, unique shops; and 30 minutes from I-75.

A lovely one bedroom bungalow with a fabulous screened in porch for relaxing with a morning coffee. The house is located on a large lot surrounded on three sides by fence and trees to offer a wonderful private setting. Ample parking available for cars, trucks, boats and hard to fit vehicles. Comfortable queen bed and pull out sofa offer an ideal arrangement for a family of four. We love pets and welcome your well behaved fur babies to our home. Historic town with bike friendly roads.

Hope House - Christian Retreat

Genesis House & Revelation House are also available on the same property. Hope House is nestled among pine trees in a quiet, secluded setting. The perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, couple reconnecting, and small families. We have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Eugenia's Guest House

This precious home is located in a sweet little neighborhood right in the center of the City of Baxley! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. We love this little home and hope you'll consider using it as a home away from home! It is just behind our house, so we are pretty readily available for any questions during your stay.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.

Clark’s River House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on the banks of the Oconee River. Public boat ramp 1/2 mile away. River front. Nice private place for business or pleasure. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Front and back porches. Fenced in yard for small children, pets and extra privacy. Lott does connect to the river. Over 100ft of river front. WiFi has been added as of 1-25-25 by popular demand.

The Emerald Forrest Swamp Cabin

The cabin is situated on cypress wetlands. The view from the windows is like waking up in the Emerald Forest. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the large tub is beautiful and absolutely luxurious! Perfect for long bubble baths or epsom salt bath soaks for detoxing and soaking away aches. The cabin is beautiful and is ideal for nature lovers, artists, writers, or anyone needing a relaxing get away.
