The perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, couple reconnecting, and small families. We have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

The open living and dining area offers a moveable bar with loveseat and additional chair with stool. Dining, shopping and grocery amenities are nearby. The unit has designated parking with a private entrance. A fenced area is available if you have a fur baby with you.

RiverView Cottage

This cozy escape is perfect for couples or small families, with two queen bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a relaxing living room with reclining furniture and a 50" streaming TV. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal on the spacious deck with a gas grill, and river views. A downstairs laundry room with washer, dryer, and half bath adds extra convenience.

Eugenia's Guest House

This precious home is located in a sweet little neighborhood right in the center of the City of Baxley! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. We love this little home and hope you'll consider using it as a home away from home! It is just behind our house, so we are pretty readily available for any questions during your stay.
