Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Cafes, restaurants, local mircro brewery, shops, groceries, and pharmacies are all nearby. Brockville is rich in history and you will have a front row seat in this historical building located in the historical district. Take a tour through Fulford Mansion or just enjoy a stroll down millionaire's row.

Lamb's Pond Retreat and Sauna

Enjoy a private retreat experience. Private entrance to bedroom suite/sitting area complete with spa-like bathroom. Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. The Big Dipper - Geo-Desic Dome

Sleep amid the stars and the deer in the Big Dipper Geo-Desic off-grid dome. A perfect getaway for 2 (or on your own), you’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with all of the must-have amenities, including an in-unit compost toilet and a woodstove. Cook your meals over the fire or grill and bask in the sunsets from the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal) or cozy in the dome through the panoramic window. Enjoy some modern comforts while getting up close with nature so you can truly unwind.

Stargazers will love this beautiful off grid cabin located in a private field at Barking Goat Farms. The cabin has a fantastic outdoor covered deck with bbq, sit up bar and outdoor firepit with fantastic views of the night sky. Located between Toronto & Ottawa we are the perfect location for nature lovers and yet close to local restaurants, wineries & breweries. Unplug, relax & recharge. Outside is a fire pit, for cozy evenings under the stars. Adjacent is a small sandy beach and a boat dock. This gentle sloping property and level entrance make it easy to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 pc. bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed.

Take a walk down the sloped access to the river to an expansive beach area. Park your boat and watercrafts on our private dock.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
