Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.

Silk Purse Cottage (ca. 1920) is in scenic, historic Chester County, PA 6 miles from the PA turnpike. It is a completely renovated, private cottage on a 6 acre property. Hike, fish, go boating or mountain biking one mile away at Marsh Creek State Park. Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Lancaster and Philadelphia are all a short distance by car.
