Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
