Renovated in 2021, this home's unique industrial touches add to its modern look. The home includes 3 bedrooms, featuring king, queen, and full size beds. There is a futon in the basement and a living room couch that can accommodate two additional people. The home is spacious, offering two areas for people to lounge, one on the first floor and the other in the basement. The basement includes a television, "bar" area, and a workstation.

The Mill House

The Mill House, built in 1890, sits in downtown Chagrin Falls, a former mill town with a history of 9 mills powered by the Chagrin River. Settlers in the mills' early days lived in the village's old homes, inspiring the name "Mill House." Nearby, you'll find restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery, pharmacy, the famous popcorn shop, waterfalls, and the historic Chagrin Falls Hardware. We only accept guests that have reviews.

Cuyahoga Country Home

Peninsula OH (Permit # 2026-21) is a friendly village in Summit County with a population of 600. It’s conveniently located close to the Cleveland and Akron Metro areas. Our house is located in the middle of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park which is renowned for cycling and hiking, with countless trails of varying degrees of difficulty. Bicycles can be rented a mere 1/2 mile away. We welcome visitors from all walks of life.

Unique guest house located on an authentic farmstead. Property borders the Cuyahoga Valley National Park where countless adventures await. We are a cottage like residence in one of the few small towns between the cities of Cleveland and Akron, Ohio; right down the road from Michael Angelo's Winery and not far from the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Boston Mills + Brandywine Ski Resorts, and under an hour to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The cottage is tucked a driveway away from our old farm house and century old barn. Enjoy this relaxing getaway!
