It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.
