The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite with Coffee Bar!

Welcome to "The Wild Chicken Holiday Suite" We are situated 1 km from the National Park and 5 minutes to downtown Cheticamp. The suite has a dream coffee bar with excellent coffee and tea choices as well as other hot beverages too. You will also be delighted with fresh that morning seasonal muffins that I make and forage the fruit for! You also have your own private deck and entrance with a table and umbrella! As a guest you have full access to the fire pit with wood included! NO MICROWAVE.

Whiskey Mountain Cottage

Whiskey Mountain Cottage is located just minutes off the beautiful world famous Cabot Trail. This charming one bedroom cottage is situated in beautiful Aspy Bay and is available year round. A new 6 seater hot tub has just been added for guests to enjoy. Just minutes away from Cabot’s Landing provincial park, North Highlands Nordic cross country skiing and snowshoeing, gorgeous local hiking trails, Cape Breton Highland’s National park, whale watching, canoeing, kayaking, and so much more.

Cabot Trail Ocean Front & Mountain View Lodge

Knotty Pine Lodge is an open concept beautiful and spacious retreat offering both privacy and luxury amenities. Located on the Cabot Trial, nearing hiking trails, golf clubs, beaches, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, snowmobile trails and the "MUST VISIT" Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The solid wood lodge sits on a large private wooded lot that features a 1300 ft driveway, manicured lawn, spectacular panoramic mountain & ocean views and astonishing star-gazing at night.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Reconnect with nature at this unique escape, or HideOut in The Highlands of Cape Breton. You are surrounded by Cape Breton Highlands National Park,hike many of the trails in the area or take a 10 minute walk to Pleasant Bay Harbour,sit on the beach and enjoy one of the best place to see the sunset 🌅 on the Island. Watch local fishermen unload their lobster 🦞 or crab 🦀 catches during season time. Grab a meal at our local restaurant The Rusty Anchor or The Mountain View 😊

The Deckhouse

Welcome to the Deckhouse, a cozy and clean 2-bedroom cottage with a beautiful and tranquil harbour side view. Located in Dingwall, a small picturesque fishing community located approximately half way around the Cabot Trail. Although we do allow fur babies, please take note of the additional rules with regards to pets. (Additional cleaning fee) Please notify us prior to arrival if you have any allergies and we will do our best to ensure that you have a more pleasant stay.

R&D Retreat

This small traditional Acadian-style home is just off the Cabot Trail, and a 5 minute drive to the popular Gypsum Mine. This home is a cozy retreat if you are looking to explore the National Park and its hiking trails, or in the winter, the many snowmobile trails in the Highlands (lots of parking for machines/trailer). You will be a 15 minute walk down the road to the ocean and the Buttereau swimming spot, and the infamous Aucoin's Bakery is just a hop, skip and jump away.

The Highland's Den

Bring your friends or entire family to this incredible property with lots of room for fun, sunsets & stargazing. Enjoy ocean & highland views. Walking distance to Petit E'tang Nature Reserve Beach & Cheticamp River. Perfect for swimming, paddle sports & fishing. 8 minutes to all amenities, including park entrance, golf, restaurants, grocery & Gypsum Mine. Close to Skyline trail, Chimney Corner Beach & the world renowned golf courses in Inverness are only 50 minutes away.

Slow down and discover an enchanted place full of warmth, charm and distinctive amenities. Chic cabin, surrounded on three sides by woods, with a spectacular view of the Cape Breton Highlands. Just off the famous Cabot Trail, blocks from the sea, though still within town, enjoy quiet and convenience. Wood fired hot tub and pizza oven. (Wood provided) Five minute walk to the lovely L'abri restaurant and bar, just a little further to The Doryman music venue.

Welcome to this 2-bedrooom ocean-side, vacation home packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman's dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton's rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room. Kindly note that children must be 8 years or older to stay, pets are not permitted and maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
