Secluded with a far away feel yet close to many local attractions. The house is situated above the Endwell Greens golf course and a short 5 minute drive to the Glen hiking area. The finger lakes wineries are just a one hour scenic drive from here. The patio and firepit area off the hot tub room is a great place to sit back and relax with your favorite drink.

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.

Howland Farm

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room. The "Pine Cone Suite" is also ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and adjacent laundry room.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
