This cozy 15 year old log cabin sleeps 6 comfortable and has that log cabin and log furniture feeling and look. Situated on the slopes of Mt Abrams with very easy ski in and out. With a outdoor fireplace on large deck. This is truly your log cabin experience and sking adventure. The cabin has great views of the mountain range for viewing in Fall and Winter. it has 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds, and 1 Full size bunk bed. This log cabin sits half way up Mount Abrams so you ski in and out.

With epic hiking, waterfall swims, disc golf, zip lining and mountain biking right out the back door we've got your vacation covered. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

You’ll be surrounded by seventeen acres of tranquil trees and serene waterfront. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque wonderland, complete with snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and nearby skiing. Kayak to the three connected ponds (two of which are tucked away!) or paddle down the Souadabscook River for a chance to spot local wildlife.
