The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.

Two free parking spaces are available. There is a convenience store near the apartment, so you can get there in 30 sec on foot. You can go to the supermarket in 3 min on foot. It takes about 7 min on foot from Akasaka Station. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals!
