We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Charming Rock House built in 1896. Most all interior furnishings period correct, plus all modern amenities. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, and forced air heat in the bedroom. One full size antique Brass bed. Fold out loveseat for one. Two fridge, microwave, toaster oven. This place will take you back in time! Relaxing. We are corporate friendly. Come stay in the first geodesic dome in the area! Located near two of the most famous hot springs in Idaho; Lava Hot Springs and Downata Hot Springs. Whether you're hanging out by the fire or relaxing on the swing, you'll be able to appreciate the quiet sounds of nature on this 160 acre piece of heaven. Experience camping with all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel. The dome features an en suite full size bathroom with on demand hot water, microwave, complimentary coffee, and a mini-fridge.

Rustic home, kid friendly

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is an air mattress available.

Step into our magical, repurposed grain bin and experience an alternate reality. The rustic interior, featuring salvaged barnwood, brings a piece of Jackson Hole, Wyoming to this unique homestead. Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).

Bear River Bluff Retreat (private lower level)

Enjoy your own private entrance (back of the home) to the full basement with a view. Large yard! Soak in your own private hot tub, enjoy billiard games and ping pong. Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Come enjoy a stay at our cozy single level home with a rustic feel. Inside features a full kitchen, a relaxing living room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Outside features a big yard with lots of space for games and activities. It is surrounded by beautiful ranch/farm land with animals nearby. It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.
