This is a remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
