Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. Inside the cottage, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave, convection oven, hobs, and a toaster. Our small unit provides a welcoming place for travellers to stay. Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. A deliberately different, John Henderson designed, slightly quirky B & B in Bethlehem, Tauranga - situated next door too, and run by the owners of Somerset Cottage, a long established restaurant and cookschool. You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. You'll love this unique and romantic escape.

The Garden Retreat Waitawheta

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

If you love the outdoors then this is the place for you, we are located close to the Hauraki Cycle Trail and within close proximity of lots of amazing bush walks including Waiorongomai Valley, Wairere Falls and Mt Te Aroha summit.
