Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Easter and Spring Break at Southern Serenity!

Escape to Southern Serenity, a cozy pet-friendly cabin in Warm Springs, GA near F. D. Roosevelt State Park and Callaway Gardens. Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk (full & twin), and 2 full baths. Enjoy porch swings, a spacious back deck, fenced yard, firepit, fireplace, grill, and fully-equipped kitchen, with a KEURIG. Fiber internet, wifi, and streaming TV's keep you connected. Perfect for family getaways, fall festivals, or a peaceful mountain escape to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Little House on the Quarry

We’d like to invite you to the “Little House on the Quarry.” We purchased this old rock quarry and it hasn’t been mined since 1968. The water is crystal clear blue and up to 75ft deep. It has rock walls up to 100ft high. The camping is completely secluded with breathtaking views and an outdoor shower. There is a walking trail that leads to another lookout with a rose garden. This isn’t like anything you’ll find in GA. Access to the quarry/water is available for an additional fee upon arrival.

Cycling enthusiasts will love riding the Man 'O War, a rail to trail conversion that winds through scenic vistas. Picnic overlooking the scenic views at Dowdell's Knob in FD Roosevelt State Park, or enjoy a day hike along its 23 miles of trails, or horseback riding. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Secluded private relaxing getaway

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

This newly constructed, UPSTAIRS carriage house apartment is detached from the main house, has its own private entrance, and is located one block from downtown Main Street, directly across from the memorial pecan grove and picturesque gardens of the 109-year old Chipley’s Women’s Club.

Mistical cabin in the woods near Callaway!

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.
