Located abowe Portoroz, only 1 km from citycentre and 2 km from Piran city. New, fully equipped little house, which has everything you need on your vacation. A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Appartamento a schiera, in Residence privato, posto al piano terra con terrazzo sul retro e portico anteriore con camino barbecue, tenda da sole elettrica ed un piccolo giardino. Il Residence Hermitage 1 é un grande complesso di stradine e case a schiera interamente recintato a 450 metri dal mare. La stagione balneare di Eraclea Mare inizia a fine maggio e finisce a metà settembre. I servizi sono vicinissimi all’abitazione e tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

The Villa "Pineta House" is situated 5 minutes from the centre of the quiet hamlet "Pineta" of Lignano Sabbiadoro. One of the biggest advantages is the closeness to the sea and the Thermal Park, through a path in front of the house you will get there in only 5/7 minutes on foot (500 metres). The villa has private covered and uncovered parking, a garden, a barbecue, a hammock, 2 sun loungers and a patio with a gazebo and dining table.
