Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

Il casale in mattoni antichi sorge in prossimità del centro storico. Si sviluppa su due piani. Il primo piano composto da ampio salone, cucina e un bagno e il secondo piano composto da 3 stanze da letto arredate e confortevoli , 2 bagni, il tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
